When the deadline expired, we received a paper full of grammatical., spelling, and punctuation flaws. Undoubtedly, the professor won`t be able to assess this paper with a high grade. What is more, a major part of our instructions was simply overlooked.
Incorrect APA Formatting
First and foremost, we noticed a poorly-structured thesis statement. “Global warming becomes a great problem nowadays” is not an example of a good thesis statement because it is not debatable.
Also, the paper lacked smooth transitions, which made some of the ideas totally unclear. The paper that lacks clarity will never get a good grade. There was no logical flow of ideas. The writer jumped from one idea to another without paying attention to the importance of the logical flow of ideas. The writer used some citations, though they were formatted incorrectly.
Customer Support
Although the customer support managers were helpful and polite, we had to contact them again and again in order to get some updates on the order progress. Oh my god… I have just found out what scam truly is. I paid a huge price for a project that affected my final grade. They coped with it surprisingly early, and I was happy only for a few minutes. When I started reading their research, I found so many inconsistencies, grammar mistakes, and 56% of plagiarism! They revised the work, and I started evaluating it again and it had more ambiguous sentences, awkwardly paraphrased ideas from other sources… I was so angry and asked for a refund…
How many stars? None! They reassigned my essay to four different writers! None of them wanted to read all the instructions. It is a very poor essay that will definitely bring me only problems in my school. I wasted my money on a poor paper that had to be written at the Master’s level.

I requested a Case Study for a MASTER'S academic level, not a shitty paper that a 12 grader can write in 1 hour. I knew that academic level standards could vary, so I requested the top writer and paid a fee for it. The result is just a joke, the paper is full of grammar mistakes and the writer is just answering the questions very briefly by repeating the question in the answer. You charge a fee for a service that you're not even able to offer to your users.
I paid for a Master's level scholarly paper and received what appeared to be something sort of a high school level paper. The discussion question responses consisted of numerous useless "word fillers" and the answers were very short, basic, and shallow. There were no details and some of the most important information was omitted. I literally had to rewrite my entire document. Cooperation with this service was a waste of my time and money.
