Quality of Services
As soon as we noticed that ThePensters.com has a bidding system of payment, we set a relatively long deadline and waited some time for the most affordable price for us. The greatest disadvantage about the bidding system is that sometimes you have to wait long before you get the price that is affordable for you. In case of our order, approximately 10 writers were interested in writing it and sent their bids to us. We picked the writer according to his qualifications and experience in the field of history and overall in academic writing. We expected to get an excellent paper of premium quality but in the end we were somewhat dissatisfied with the content.
The only positive aspect about the service was that we received the paper on time (to be more precise, well in time). Unfortunately, that was the only one advantage of the service. The coursework we got was totally terrible in all terms. First, it was poorly researched: the discussion was vague and not clear, there were some general facts presented and it was hard to trace the central idea. Second, it was clear that the writer has a bad command of English (even though he claimed to be an experienced writer specializing in history). Third, the paper was full of grammatical, spelling, and punctuation mistakes. On the whole, after we received our order from ThePensters.com, we came to realize why there were so many negative feedbacks about the company online.

When we looked through the writers’ page to get acquitted with the company’s professionals we might cooperate with, we saw that all writers are experts in a variety of subject areas in research fields. Besides, it was mentioned that they have awards and solid experience. Still, now we doubt about the credibility of the information provided on the company’s website.
We were not satisfied with the customer support service either. We tried to contact the support service via email but we had to wait long for the reply from them. We wanted to ask some questions about the service and the company’s writers but the customer support agents were not really responsive.
Conclusion
The company has mainly disadvantages: bidding system, the lack of discounts and loyalty programs, poor quality of papers. Still, the company is not a scam, so it has all chances of improving. So far, we do not recommend ThePensters.com for its potential customers.

I used writing services before and they were pretty ok. This time I wanted to try something new, and this website looked fresh and modern. Alas, it was a mistake to choose this custom agency! I have got a poor quality at an expensive rate. Nothing modern, outdated approaches, wrong academic formatting. I told them I was dissatisfied with the order and they offered to revise it. Did the revision improve the situation? No, it was almost the same. I’m coming back to a different trusted website.
I have never wasted so much money before. They have just stolen it! They charged me 70 dollars, but then they forgot about their responsibilities at all. They blocked me in live chat and closed my account. Is that a joke? SCAM!
I hoped to get my research paper done in 48 hours at latest. They assured me that they are very precise with the deadlines, so I did not have to worry. In two days, I got my paper full of inaccuracies and with 3 hours of lateness. No recommendation from me.
I liked the paper and I used the id of that writer for my next paper. I believe it is a special talent to ruin the paper. Your writers did it brilliantly at ThePensters.com. In the beginning, it seemed to me that the writer confused the instructions and did a wrong assignment. Still, the writer double-checked on that and confirmed that it was his point of view on the problem. I cannot imagine how a professional writer can write absolutely irrelevant content and be sure that everything is right.
Can you imagine? I paid about $700 for two academic papers! The grades were really disappointing: 18% and 26%! I contacted the support service, but they did not react to my complaints. Their suggestion to get a discount for the next order sounds funny. Why would I place it if I did not like the previous two? That is a terrible risk that makes no sense at all. Never again! No! Their refund of 10 % of the amount I paid sounds like a bad joke.
Don’t trust this scam company. They promised to write my paper from scratch. As a result, I received plagiarized content that did not follow my instructions. I am sure all their positive reviews are fake.

The pricing policy is OK, but still for such mediocre quality of writing, they want too much. It is a real stress to communicate with the customer support agents because they are rude and unpleasant.
The service is horrible. The writer did not manage to provide the paper on time. I was late and a few points were extracted because of that. More so, even the instructions were simple, the writer did not manage to address the assignment properly. The writer was evidently a non-native speaker of English.

They failed to complete my paper on time so I asked for a refund. The best they could give me was to give me 50% of my money back as compensation but what I don’t get from these companies is that they convert your money as “credit balance” to your account which I honestly find useless because I wont be doing business with such crappy service again.
